Our full business name is Outcome tax - Tax Consultants, although you may receive communications or pamphlets which bear our abbreviated titles, Outcome Tax or Outcome.

Postal Address

All correspondence sent to us will be dealt with.

If you write to one of our staff who is for any reason unable to deal with your communication straight away, receipt of your letter or package will be acknowledged and we will let you know when it will be dealt with in full.

Our business lines are available during our core business hours between 09:30 and 16:30 on weekdays, excluding public holidays.

Mobile Telephone

Once you have appointed us to act on your behalf and we have accepted your retainer, you will normally be provided with the mobile telephone number of the "contact worker" with overall responsibility for dealing with your affairs.

With prior consent, you will normally be able to contact us outside office hours or even use the mobile telephone number for your "contact worker" to send and receive text messages.
